ISWEST is a very simple API for a web-based storage system.

The storage can store and retrieve arbitrary values via alphanumeric keys.

There are only three requests: list, get, and put.

• read complete API;
• read the announcement sent to the Greasemonkey mailing list;
• read the announcement on my blog;
• look at the example JavaScript class;
• look at the Google Calendar TODO script modified to use ISWEST API.

The complete server-side implementation is available for download, should you want to roll your own server that supports the API.

Alternatively, you might just use the system installed on this server. To get your own pair of ids, just drop me a mail.
